Mk4 Fiesta - 1.7 Puma power
For sale is my Mk4 Fiesta with 1.7 Puma engine
The car started life as a 1.25 and the swap was done by previous owner who is a mechanic. The swap looks completely OEM.
Shell has done 109k miles, engine has done 20k less than this.
Lowering springs
Zetec S alloys with ST170 centre caps
Mondeo ST front brakes
Zetec S exhaust
Puma gear linkage for shorter throw (feels almost like a quickshift)
Drilled airbox for a bit of induction roar
Taxed till Nov / MOT runs out early Nov (can check exact date if you need)
I have the V5 in my name etc
I have covered at least 6k miles with no problems whatsoever but fancy a change as I get bored easily
Only things that need mentioning are a couple of parking dings and some small scratches as per a 12 year old car. Also front wheels need balancing as you get a bit of wobble at motorway speeds.
£1500 ONO
My number is 07985 115151

Hehe, yeah I like the sticker on the cam belt cover too
It goes quite well and surprises a few people, shows up Zetec S's who think they're faster than you because it looks like a base model with a shiny set of wheels...

Yes it does, exactly as it should. I've also been told that the reverse light sometimes isn't wired correct on these conversions but this one definitely is.
I'm getting at least 250 miles to a tank and I fill up with about £44. So at 135.9 a litre that still works out over 35mpg and I don't drive very economically!
