Escort Mk4 1.4L 44k
Im having to sell this and my other toys as found im going to be a dad so here goes..
I have for a sale a Ford Escort 1.4L which has one previous owner (im the second). I bought this earlier last year from an elderly couple who are a friend of the family. They have had the car from new and it has covered only 44k in her life. The car has full service history with all reciepts for works done to her along with diary from the former keeper of everything that has done to her through out the years!
The car is 100% standard down to the original radio which works and has manual with it etc. All electrics and heaters work as they should. It had a new clutch in June 2010 again with paperwork. I had the car MOT in october and it flew through with no comments. The car is taxed untill March or April (Will confirm this later)
Car has never had any welding done as you would expect from the milage and has been wax oiled when new.
The interior of the car is perfect with no rips or marks. The head lining is all tight and clean and sunroof is good and no leaks. The whole car drives nice and tight and is a pleasure to drive!
They are a few tiny marks on the out side as you would expect from 20 year old car. One rear arch has a small amount of rust on it, but nothing major. The car was fully waxed in October and has really bought the paint up well! I also gave the engine a clean and have changed leads & Plugs. Starts fine even with the manual choke and runs great. Any test drive welcome.
At the moment i have 16" mondeo wheels on her, but will put back the standard ford ones which all have fairly new tyres on. (Can sell these wheels with the car for extra if anyone wants.)
I have prob missed a few other details but any question please ask.
Im looking for £650 for her ONO without the wheels.
