1988 Ford Escort Rs Turbo Price Drop Prov Sold
My series 2 mercury grey rst. I've owned the car for the past 3 years in that time it's had an absolute fortune spent on it which is fully documented and step by step photographed click the link in my sig to view.
Basic spec is as follows:
2.1zvh using xe pistons, arp rod bolts, heavily ported and polished head, rpm36 cam, vernier pulley, ap 4 paddle clutch, stage 3 t3 turbo, airtec alloy rad, grs Evo front mount with twin fans, fully silicone hosed throughout. "superchips" ecu's, mongoose exhaust, k&n replacement panel filter and modified airbox.
Outside modifications from standard are limited to a set of immaculate 17" oz superleggeras & a set of Rs mudflaps.
Interior is immaculate the front seats are both passenger seats as they are the best I could find, there is also a fusions fabrications show cage and a rare 4spoke Rs steering wheel.
Car is lowered 35mm on spax top adjustable dampers and the front brakes have been uprated to 2wd calipers and discs with the abs removed.
I have folder full of receipts from when the car was new until today & every mot from new.
Only bad points to the car are a small mark behind the sunroof where I re fitted the sunroof after it was re-sprayed 2mm at most, temp and fuel gauges are tempramental, 3 small holes in the top of the dash from an old alarm system.
Car is currently sat in my garage and will not be driven by anyone but me regardless of whether you have insurance or not it's my pride and joy and I don't want anybody ruining it.
Price is £4600 ovno.
Reason for sale is I'm buying a focus Rs.
