Default E46 m3 2004

Very low miles, 29k

manual, sunroof, electric seats, bluetooth. plus all usual m3 extras

2 previous owners. (so im the 3rd, only actually owned it for a month, but massive change in circumstances has made me have a massive life rethink)

Silver Grey (same as colour as CSL)

red leather in amazing condition.

currently has a titantium exhaust but will be removed and the standard put back on, also have eibach pro kit to put on, but can go with the car.

just putting the feelers out.

price is 13.5k no offers, which for the miles is very very cheap.

no PX.

thanks

personal reasons dan, i.e nothing at all to do with the car, seriously car is awesome. all round its better than any ford out there, might not be as quick in a straight line but ticks so many boxes in other ways.

i.e basically its a 2 cars in one, its a car you can have amazing fun in, yet if you want its a car that you can drive at the weekend with the mrs and the kids and not feel like a complete tosser. its soooooo understated, which makes it so cool, as its only proper car buffs that take a second glance

basically might be leaving the country.

max, no its hasnt got fbmw, all bar 1. which i was contimplating of getting redone by bmw, so techincally its full bmw history, basically previous owner wanted one and wanted a very very good one, and intend to keep it for a long time so fbmw didnt matter to him, so got 1 service done at a specialist, then got made redundant.

i travelled 500 miles for this car, its pretty clean, its not the best, by any means, but then im not asking top money for it, i bought the car as i could see the potential, and it drove like a new car.

basically my heads all over the place at the moment, and im not really set on selling it, but if i decide what i decide then everything goes and i leave the country.

regards exxhaust yes it can come with exhaust at cost. but to be honest its just to loud for me, it sound abosoultely amazing about 4-5k, acutally sounds like a v10, but below it just boooms to much at creates alot of noise, but noticable power gaines from it, i.e very very noticable once it was fitted.

i will do max, to be honest i've never acutally taken any pictures of the car. since the 3dr, my love for cars has gone sideways. will take some at the weekend after a full detail, to be honest if i wasnt thinking about leaving the uk i wouldnt dream of selling it, as it ticks so many boxes. its a great all round car, it doesnt excell in any area, but does every area well.

Sorry to read this dude!

For anyone interested i viewed this car for Ryan before he travelled a million miles to buy it. It's very good nick. The interior barely looks sat in, especially the rear!

Sorry but how much for the exhaust then??

Full system is over 5k lol

to loud for me, all my mates think im a pussy and that it just fine, but its just not me. if it was same as standard below 4, and then this above i wouldnt dream of selling it, as noise abobe 4k is spine tingling and performance gaines are very noticable through the rev range, epsecially in the higher band

carlo, its probably the best made exhaust i've seen, seriously overkill on manufacturing but puts so many to shame i've seen, and the wieght is shocking, you can pick the entire backbox up with 1 finger quite comfortably.

the standard back box must weight 20-25kg, i reckon this weights no more than 5kg.

actually fuck it tomorrow i'm going to weigh both.

andy standard exhaust is fooking silent, over 4k all you can hear is engine noise with it, with this back box, you can hear nothing but raw rasp, im going to do a vid of it tomorrow, i have one from when the standard system was on.

here's video of standard, will do gruppe m one tomororow before removal

It's too quiet at times and on down shift i can't blip my changes if the harmon kardon is cranked up

With smg you dont need to worry about that

That's the impossible question really. Best for what?! It's all individual preference.

Plenty people here have smg but may live and work in and around a town where an auto mode is handy as they get sore clutch legs

Personally i wanted manual and thats that!

i wanted smg aswell, but everyone told me to go manual, purely fancied having paddles, box is very agrocutrural in manual, and gears are very tight, bit of a pig to drive casually sometime from 1st to 2nd, but when driving spiritedly the box is amazing, litterly have 100% confidence that the box is going to go into the correct gear and not miss.

and as everyone says you feel much more involved in the car with a manual, mike r has always said if they did a CSL in a manual he would have sold peggy by now.

chops, give me a call today about exhaust, might have an issue one of my friends last night after chatting at the pub, after me breaking the news about selling up, has said he would have the car as it is, with exhaust, but give me a call, as i want to drive it for a bit longer, so exhaust is coming off regardless. its not a hard job to do.
