rs cab and s2 sr for sale...
right guys selling all my rs stuff as im buying something newer lol.
first i have a ...
99 percent complete murcury grey h plate s2 for sale..
been stored 5 years in garage.
garaged since 1993.
car bodywork is very good no rust on arches, sunroof or engine bay with original paint.
only place ive found rust is where the front bumper mounts to the front of the car.
no evidence of welding and none looks needed.
engine has been removed as i was going to have it rebuilt but never got round to doing it.
the only thing missing is the ecu and metering head as it was overfueling.
the previous owner owned this car many years and never drove it in rain.
the car has done 79000 miles with full history and mots to prove milage.
the wheels have been refurbed and never been on the road.
interia is excellent and the parcel shelf us uncut.
the only mods i can see are it has konis.
overall these cars are getting hard to find in this condition and would be an excellent project for someone.
secondly i have a f plate cab with a s2 engine.
tax till jan
mot till july
has a very good engine modded by tourque of the devil.
loads of samcos
grs front mount cooler
airtech rad
stage 2 turbo
loads of bill for mods done to the engine.
have print out in 2009 201 bhp peaking at 18psi
88 spec recaros, rs bodykit, rs bonnet ..new drilled and grooved discs and konis
the plan was to take engine out cab and put it in the s2 but change of plans forces sale.
looking to sell all together so someone can complete it.
i have a set of 17 rs seven spokes needing a refurb just have curb damage on the rims all with tyres..

i can take pics of the cab but the rs is in a lock up 5 miles away..if your not far come and take a look at it. its still got original screen fitted and im sure you wont find a better rs for the money.
if someone wants just the s2 ill sell that for £1000

no its been unused in a garage 5 years and the owner who had it before me kept it in a garage who had the car many years and used it untill it broke down..

he did quite abit of work to it,but majority of the bills i think came with the car.car is solid,he only sold it few months back.hes got loads pics on his profile.we all had 3 cab turbos between us and had loads pics taken

do you think the price is fair 1300 its moted till july and it goes really well. the only reason i brought it was to use the engine and wheels for the s2 i had..

its proper cheap mate,too cheap imo. but if ur happy with that price then go for it.its super reliable,he used it as his everyday car and never once let him down.and also went very well.the floor hasnt got a scab on it.really is a good solid floor.ram and rst cabbie off here spent many hours over xmas last year freezing in the garage workin on it lol

Thats my old cabby you got there. shame you wanna break it but does have a lot of good bits on a shell that will never be an RS so i understand. I sold it early this summer, a guy from wales bought it and then i saw it up on pistonheads last month so guess u bought it.

All the reciepts were from previous owner.. I put diamond cuts on, new interior, new heatermatrix, new weather seals, boost gauge, ambers, RS4 spoke wheel and some other bits. I loved that car drove 60 miles a day in it for 2 months and it never missed a beat. how much would you sell it complete?

i take it your the guy having my s2.. im really starting to regret selling that now lol.
if id have sold that cab first id have kept that s2 and had it rebuilt one day.if your finding it hard to get the cash together let me know as i will keep it with no hard feelings mate,,,
