EVO VI.
SOLD. PLEASE LOCK THREAD.
* 2001 EVO VI.
* Silver.
* Import.
* 62k on the clock.
* HPI Clear
* Mot & Tax which was £190 for 12 months when i last renewed.
* Recent service.
* Gearbox oil changed.
* AYC and Diff oil changed. ( Done by Power Engineering.)
* Cambelt recently done along with the power steering/fan belts inc tensioners rollers etc. (Paperwork shows that cambelt was done 40614, I had it done shortly after getting the car again at 59409.)
* Cat 1 full closure alarm with immobiliser.
* Separate ins approved immobiliser.
* Text and tracking device. (You can log onto the providers website and track the car yourself if stolen for a small annual fee.)
* Privacy glass.
* Excellent interior with tiny mark on passenger seat.
* Triple Mitsubishi boost, temp, volt gauges fitted. (Oil temp needs wiring up, i have the correct connection for it.)
* JVC remote control CD/MP3 stereo with uprated speakers and Pioneer tweeters.
* SJS Ralliart sunstrip.
* 3 Point front strut brace.
* K&N Filter.
* Baileys dump valve.
* Super drager exhaust with 5" tailpipe.
* Kelsport slam panel and bonnet vents bolt kit
* Kelsport polished battery clamp.
* Spec R exhaust manifold heat shield.
* Carbon fibre plug cover.
* Carbon fibre cambelt cover.
* 3M Carbon wrapped radiator brackets.
* 3M Carbon wrapped interior door pulls.
* Polished HKS oil cap.
* Some blue silicone hosing.
* New brakes all round.
* New pads all round.
* New tyres all round.
* Alloys personally refurbed in matt black.
* Calipers re laquered with VHT Clear and bright red again.
* New aircone pipe.
* regassed aircon.
* Fully under sealed. (Done by TGM Motorsport.)
* Recon gearbox and new clutch fitted by previous keeper at a cost of £1700
* Front splitter and lip of bumper resprayed due to scuffs by previous keeper.
* Plus the usual std EVO stuff.
* Private/Dateless plate is not inc as it's been sold and the cars in the process of going back on a 2001 plate.
** Points to note;
* Minimal age related marks/stone chips, tiny mark on passenger seat and the AYC light occassionally may come on when the weather temp is over 21, most of the time the light is off.
The car is no means a show winning/concourse example, but IMO it's tidy but obviously being a second hand car and used daily has age related marks as to be expected, any questions or if you need more pics etc drop me a pm

hi sorry to steal the thread a little, but can sum1 tell me how you go about insuring an import? or is it just same as usual if its already been registered over here by a previous owner and used here?
ps. awsome car would love it but my insurance on an EVO is 4k :@:@:@

Insurance is done in the normal way, some companies specialise in imports, where are you living to pay that much ? i pay under £500 fully comp with all the extras added to the policy.
