Escort RS2000 Mk6 With Mk5 Front End PRICE DROP £600 NO MOT OR TAX
Car has now run out of MOT and has no tax so i have dropped the price! It is also now fitted with an espace splitter.
I bought this car earlier this year with the intentions of sortingthe bodywork out and keeping but unfortunatly i just cannot afford to do it so i am selling to buy a 125cc motorbike and save some money.
1995 N reg
Aubergine
122k
Standard accept mk5 front end, air filter, powerflow exhaust with 4" outward rolled tailpipe
The exhaust is far to loud in my opinion if im being honest and there is a leak where the backbox joins the middle section but if like me you dont like a really loud exhaust i think adding a middle box would make it perfect!
The car is a good runner with no mechanical issues but unfortunatly a previous owner has attempted to paint a few areas and has done a terrible job. There are a few patches of rust also and some glue where the side strips have been removed.
The mot runs out this month and i think it will need a few little bits and pieces to get it through front tyres are a definate, i replaced one of the front lower arms last week which these are known to wear heavily on.
I have converted the front end to original mk5 rs2000 bulge bonnet with genuine parts with the bumper and bonnet being freshly professionally painted last month. The place i bought the front end from sent me 2 drivers side indicators so the passenger side one is missing but i am trying to source one at the moment so that should hopefully be sorted.
Im after £900 for the car which i think is reasonable and less than i would really like.

I can take some pics for you i will post some up.
I hit a badger in the car which damaged the bumper so as i prefer the mk5 i saw it as a good chance to convert it to mk5, i still have the bonnet and headlights but the bumper is no good.
