If it's in as good condition as it looks and has a tidy interior i'd say £2300-£2600.

i'd be put off by the engine not been logged correctly on the log book as the car aint strictly legit and couldn't be insured correctly so i wouldn't be paying much for it i'm afraid

you simply tell your insurance company its a 2 litre, and send the log book off with the correct info on it.

job done.

correcting the engine costs a 1st class stamp and 4 weeks away

if the mods are decalared the taxation class doesnt matter in the slightest to insurance

agree with turbochild. i could just tell them my p100 is a 1.6 pinto and insure it for a tenner but ive fully notified them of everything and arent ashamed to admit it.

its all well and good until the one time your attention slips and u rear shunt a car at the lights, look up and its an M5! and then your left with invalid insurance and a hefty bill

but there is alot of ppl that dont give a shit whats on the log book, theres plenty of rs turbo cabs, bonus's still down as standard.
there is only afew ppl that go all the way & do it right,
at the end of the day if some1 was'nt happy it's not right on the logbook you could change it yourself.
looks nice thi mate just keep it.

wee are digressing slightly, the car looks stunning all the same, i would sort the log book out and put the car up 2000 reserve. but tbh for that price just keep it. if u have to leave it for a while just buy a car cover.

2k max a 2.0 zetec is hardly a exiting engine conversion unless it was a 2.0 zetec turbo

i have not changed the logbook as i have only had the car 2 months and have been doing all the resto work on it, but now i am looking at buying a house so the toys need to be sold.

if it is an issue then i can change it before the car is sold
