Fiesta zetec s crash damaged, Not a wright off ideal profit maker.

Hello there, Very reluctant sale , I purchased this car of the previous owner a few months ago . The car is now in my possesion and i own the v5 ,He had managed to drive it into a pole in a carpark resulting in some front end damage. I had every intention on doing this car up to sell it or even keep as a run about ! , But unfortunatly due to my circumstances i just need to cut my loses and sell . Lets start with the good points. W reg ,1.6 Fiesta Zetec S 51k miles , Very low . 3 previous owners to me. Full service history up to around 45k . Lots of previous paperwork ad a couple of MOT certificates . Mot Untill March . Brand new brakes Second hand but new bonnet, and new slam panel Solid engine and gearbox. The car was driven after the accident and worked fine drove straight and ran perfect ! . Right now for the not so good part, as i said the car was damaged but was not declaired on insurence so was not written off ! . When i recieved the car the slam panel had a nice v shaped bend in it , This was quickly removed to show what work still needed to be done , It appears that the 2 front wings have been bent a mil or so out of place from the impact as the bonnet does not correctly line up both sides ( please see pictures ) . The Air con rad took a blow also and has bent a couple of fins has been tested and works ok. The rest of the car is pretty sound apart from a few marks and scratches due to storage and the rear bumper , The bumper has had some dodgey respray job done im guessing to make it colour coded. I think the bumper will need spraying . There is some pimpling on the paintwork elswhere on the car pictured on the rear quater and a little bit on the spoiler. Interior is pretty tidy , A few scratches on the plasticwork but all ok . I have been quoted £400 for the front to be sprayed, straightend and welded . You will also need , Front bumper, one alloy , Rear lights and one headlight as one is usable. coil pack. I have done many calculations on this car if i had the money i would do it myself ! . £700 or so should have this car shipshape , With its low miles and history this is an ideal project car or a potential money maker ! . The car can be seen running however you will need to source a coil pack and have a charged battery ! . agree bud i sold mine only needing a wing, even that was only minor cosmetics that never got done got 8oo quid and that was hard enough

The money is a bit strong but it's reasonably low miles and these seem as popular as ever at the moment.has one of the chassis legs gone a bit high? It could be the photo but they look at different hights to me.there's very little to these fiestas so they do their job and take the brunt a lot of the time.it's nothing to worry about as they're not strong so easy to put right.if you get desperate I can give you 500 for it,although that is a bit cheeky!!Also,is it recorded anywhere,didn't notice in the advert?

I buy straight ones at auction for that... good luck though mate i think you'll need to re think your price though.

They are cheaper than this in good condition mate.

Parts and paying someone to paint it is going to cost £400 at least!

i honestly expected that to be £500 at the most so agree with the others.

Hello guys cheers for all the comments, Im not sure where people are finding these cars for that amount on this millage :S look on ebay there going for atleast 1400 ..

I literely just thought i would try at that price and see what i have ,

Ends on ebay tonight , if i do not get my reserve i will break it.

However parts will need to be removed by yourselfs at arranged times as i do not have the tools etc to do so, engine gearbox etc. Smaller parts and interior is not a problem.

Im after 300 for the engine. 51k.
