BBS Centrelocking 18" wheels full kit (provisionally sold)
Well ive decided to sell my wheels as I need to spend money getting the car running properly and cannot justify the cost for them on the car. These are the real deal as run on RS500 touring cars in the 80's but 18" instead of 17".
These are very rare in 18" only 2 sets I know of the other being owned by Ryan on this board. Think the GGR car also runs the 18" verson but thats about it.
Included are four complete wheels with nearly new tyres (Pradas) a set of alloy hub adaptors and the bar/ socket needed to fit and tighten them. The wheels were all refurbished when i bought them and are all still in great shape no cracks curbing or dents.
I also have quite a few spares for them should one get damaged, i have 6 spare outer sectons, 1 spare centre section and three spare inner sections. The spare inner wheels sections do have some cracks but one can be easyly repaired so a spare wheel can be made with the parts i have.
Now these are not cheap wheels and as the hub adaptors alone are the cost of a set of complete wheels normally and the equipment to tighten them is over £500 alone!!
I am after 3k for the complete package but that does buy you one of if not the best wheels you can put on a 3 door

I should add ive had no problems running these on a road car, ive never had a nut come lose on me. You will need to trim the front arches to get these under as they will catch the kit.

dont know yet Luke, car needs some monet spending on it to sort out the running issues and im feeling the money pinch at the moment. The wheels were only ever bought as a short term extravagance really and its time to sell them and get some cash back.
I would like some really wide CNX's with black centres but thats not going to free up a great deal of cash could be speaking to alps about his RL7's perhaps.. But shes going to be plain jane again

You can have first dibs on my Comps if I ever sell them if you like as I know you had some before?
Thought about Ripley wheels mate?

The deal i have done on them will get me some Hocks as part ex so i have wheels to run for the time being. depending on how much the car costs to sort I would like to go the CNX route but as wide a fook on the rear.. not 100% sure though.. Also tempted with Alps RL7's..
