lol the cross trainer keeps me going cos of the calories it burns!! lol depends on what type of day im having as to how i get on with it!
first day i tried it i couldn't manage 4 minutes! I was fooked!!! the next night i said to myself im going to get to 10 minutes, which i did, the next night i did 35 minutes on it, and now i tend to do 20 minutes average, in them 20 minutes i burn 230 calories average!
