My calf is absolutely fine, no twinging or anything, I honestly think its because I didn't drink enough and dehydrated, I made sure yesterday that I drank plenty, Im heading back down the gym shortly!
I asked for some advice regarding it yesterday, and was shown exactly what stretches i should be doing before and after too, as hadn't been advised on ANYTHING that i should or shouldn't be doing etc, so now im in the know!
