I really enjoy going everyday, im pretty sure my calf muscle is because i dehydrated, as I know I didn't drink enough that day or at the gym at the time, I am a nightmare for drinking enough
always have been!
When I've said to the instructors there that Im planning on going everyday they haven't said anything but positive about it, I suppose mainly because Im doing cardio daily maybe? I dont know, just pissed off I didn't get down there yesterday!
