Hey,

I've got a 07 Plate Focus Zetec 1.6

When I start car from cold, everythings OK. But after driving for 10mins, at a standstill and in Neutral I'm hearing a highish pitched whine/hum inside the car.. prob coming from under bonnet. It increases in pitch as you rev.

Checked all normal stuff: fans off, aircon off, watertemp gauge normal at midway.

Could this be alternator, or accessory belt problem? How could I narrow this down?
