the only stipulation our loacal scrappy has wen weighing in a car is that , if the cars complete i.e rolling with an engine in it then u must produce the v5
however if you removed the same engine and slung it in the boot they dnt need nothing ,
either way dojj i wouldnt worry , you wont be reciving any speeding fines
well not unless they have a camera that spots a sierra floorpan in a mk 3 pmsl !!!!!
