ffs , pet cats are not free roaming animals! ferrel(sp?) cats are free roaming animals and they are not pets. thats a bit like saying dogs should be allowed to roam the streets aswell because they were once wild free roaming animals . If you live in the countryside you have to expect some wild visitors so its a bit different
It should be down to the owner to ensure the cat is litter trained and in thier own house at night to stop it from having random turnouts in next doors garden and from nicking nearly a grands worth of fish out my fish pond
. Im not a big fan of seeing any animal get hurt or killed but it fucks me off walking out the back door in the morning to the smell of cat shit and knowing i will have to inspect the garden for shit before one of the kids either rolls in it whilst playing or walks it into the house or car .
