The pass side was rotten there and down onto the bulkhead so I cut all that area out and welded in fresh metal. Drivers side was a little soft so I did similar. It was because of a previous bulkhead swap that had created a water trap the way it was done.

Knew I should have asked the question before though

not to worry as ive already thought of a way to replace them
